A Healthier Way To Achieve the Big, Loose Curl Hairstyle

Author: Hairdo4U July 7, 2009

For those of us who have straight hair and are trying to achieve at a minimum, some big loose curls, now there is a way to achieve this without multiple steps of overheating our hair.

The steps to achieving the big, loose curl are actually quite simple:                                selfgripping-pink.jpg

  • Wash you hair as usual.
  • Work in some volumizer into your wet hair.
  • Blow-dry your hair with a round brush in three-inch sections.
  • As each section becomes dry, use a self-gripping, or velcro hair roller to roll that section. (size of roller depends on the size curl you want-the larger the curler, the looser the curl)
  • Move on to the next section of hair.
  • Leave the hair rollers in until all of the rollers are completely cool.
  • Carefully remove the hair rollers and put your head down while running your fingers through your hair.
  • Lift your head back up, shake your head a few times and apply a fine misting of your favorite spray.

Creating that supermodel look could not be any easier, and it eliminates the need of more than one heating appliance, which ultimately can cause damage to your hair.
