Conair: Tried and True

Author: Hairdo4U July 11, 2009

l_conair-yb075gb.jpgThere are so many hair dryer brands in the marketplace so how does one know exactly which one to select?  You can shop online, go to beauty supply stores, buy them at hair salons, and even buy them in the discount retail stores.  With all of the available outlets to buy them from, and with so many brands to choose from, how do you know what is the most reliable?

When you are working with a small budget, the Conair hairdryer has many options to choose from.  Conair has been around for a very long time and if you are looking for something reliable, yet inexpensive (in relation to many of the professional brands), you should be able to find something that will fit your budget.

If you want a hairdryer that is considered in the professional line of dryers, and one that has more of the features that you find on a professional dryer, it is definitely recommended that you go with a Conair Pro.

Some examples of Conair Pro dryers include the Conair Pro Blackbird,  Conair Pro Yellowbird, Conair Pro Silverbird, Conair Pro Thermal Ceramic 2000 Turbo, and the Conair Champion Pro Euro Styler Hairdryer, just to name a few.

So what places these Conair dryers in the category of a professional dryer?  To start with, these dryers range anywhere from 1875 to 2000 watts of power.  This is more than enough power to get the job done.  Some of these models offer ceramic technology, ionic technology, the cool shot or cold shot button feature, dual voltage for international travel, etc.  While each one does not offer all of these features, it is important to read the features that each particular hairdryer has to offer so you can select the one that meets your individual needs.

The best thing to consider regarding the hairdryers mentioned previously, is that all are at affordable prices ranging on average in the low $20.00 range to low $40.00 range.  Prices vary so be sure to shop around.  Online prices are typically less.
